We offer powder processing services for all types of chemicals including inorganic and organic materials such as waxes, resins, natural and synthetic minerals, flame retardants, agrochemicals and specilaity chemicals of all types.

We are capable of handling hazardous materials.

Our facilities for particle size reduction, classifying and blending include a range of specialised equipment incorporating mixers, classifiers, conventional roller mills, fluid energy micronisers and fluidised bed opposed jet mills. Advanced technology enables us to micronise coarse feedstocks to ultra fine products (e.g. mean particle sizes (d50) of less than 1 micron).

A close working relationship is established with customers, from initial discussions, through development stages and processing to final product delivery.

A highly efficient and flexible pilot plant is employed to carry out initial production trials. Using small quantaties of feedstock we can quickly establish specifications and processing parameters in preparation for full scale processing.

We can organise and supply packaging materials for your product if required and we offer a wide range of packaging and pallet types to suit each application.
