Viaton manufacture a range of industrial mineral fillers for use in specialised and technically advanced formulations employed in a wide range of industry sectors. These include paint, powder coating, automotive friction products, rubber, sound insulation, plastics and many other niche markets where high quality, high performance, chemically inert powder fillers are required.

We specialise in the manufacture of natural Barium Sulphate and Hydrated Magnesium Silicate powders offering a range of products graded according to raw material source and particle size, down to three microns top size.

Viaton's investment in state of the art computer controlled manufacturing machinery enhanced by in house designed process control systems ensure customers receive products of the highest quality and consistency.

 Colorana

In collaboration with RG Mineral AS of Norway, Viaton market a range of red and black Iron oxide pigments derived from highly refined and upgraded natural magnetite which is ground to sub-micron grain size.

Contract Processing

Viaton offer a range of contract processing services specialising in particle size reduction, classifying, blending and mixing.
